All the dear and respected Alumni of Sahyadri Polytechnic-Thirthahalli.
This is with reference to our last mail dated 14th September 2024 regarding the formation of ALUMNI ASSOCIATION of Sahyadri Polytechnic-Thirthahalli.
We derive a great deal of pleasure to inform you all that we have received positive responses from our Alumni for our mail.
In a nutshell, most of them have expressed that they would be available in Thirthahalli for a much needed/awaited meeting in the Sahyadri Polytechnic College during their visit to Tirthahalli on the occasion of ensuing Deepavali Festival. Therefore, the Sahyadri Polytechnic College in order to honor the sentiments of our Alumni, has decided to conduct a meeting in the Sahyadri Polytechnic either on 30th October 2024 or on 4th November 2024.
We will be highly thankful if you can specify one of the above dates of your convenience.
We will await your valued responses for another fortnight ( Till 15th October-24) and then we will announce the specific date of the Alumni meeting in Sahyadri Polytechnic College Thirthahalli.
We will be highly delighted to receive and meet more number of Alumni who are our pride.
We expect full co- operation and all support from your end in making the mission a grand success.
